We provide repair services for products that are out of warranty. A diagnostic fee will be charged to assess the damage, which will be applied towards the repair cost. Please contact our customer support for more details and to schedule a repair.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our robots, drones, and workbots. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Our products come with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
